Booking is simple. Visit our Course Catalogue, choose your course, and click Book Now. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your place.
Cancel at least 48 hours before the course starts for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
After completing a course, log in to your Learner Portal and open the Certificates tab to download your PDF. Contact support if you have any trouble.
Yes. In the portal, go to My Bookings, select the course you wish to move, and pick a new date at least 24 hours in advance.
